You can optimize static files for logged in users, but please note, that pages for logged in users won’t be prebuilded.
It is recommended to enable this option only if the site is using action based cache or the cache is cleared very rarely. Otherwise it will optimize for logged in users in real time, which can damage the user experience.
It is an advanced feature, usually you don’t need to enable it.
