With this feature you can manually preload scripts. You should use absolute URL, all script files which has been added here, will be generate a <link rel="preload"> tag in the header.
It is useful if there are script files which will be loaded via javascript (for example a 3rd party service like chat plugin), or you can prioritize scripts if you are not using Merge Styles.
