By default autorenewal is enabled for all Swift Performance subscription. Of course you can cancel anytime your subscription before the renewal, and we provide discount for early renewals.
If you don’t cancel the subscription it will be renewed automatically. If the renewal payment was unsuccesful, your subscription will get “on hold” status. In that case you can’t use the API features, can’t get updates, also you can’t get support.
If your subscription is “on hold” you can process the payment manually to reactivate it.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can simply login to My Account, choose the subscription what you would like to cancel, and click to Cancel Subscription link at the right bottom.
You can fill the Cancel request form, and send it, our support agents will process your request shortly.
