Inline Small Images

If you enable this option small images will be replaced with an inline base64 encoded version, so you can reduce the number of HTTP requests.

Is it useful for HTTP2?

Yes. Higher number of requests on HTTP2 is not that big issue as it was on HTTP 1, but still can improve the speed and save some server resources, because the server have to deal less files on the server to serve the request.
